Single Accountability
One lead is accountable for coordinating the project, the quality of the analysis, and the integrity of the final conclusions.

About Consylion
Consylion is an independent consulting firm based in the UAE. We work with energy companies, investors, and project sponsors around the world, bringing together financial, commercial, operational, and industry expertise. For every engagement, we assemble a team of experts with the relevant profile, while Consylion retains sole responsibility for the analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.
We do not treat a project as an isolated financial model, but as a system of interconnected commercial, financial, operational, and management decisions. We test the source data, key assumptions, value drivers, financing needs, execution risks, and the conditions under which the project remains economically viable.
Our task is not to confirm a predetermined position, but to give management an objective basis for the decision: to proceed with the project, change its parameters, bring in additional expertise, or pause the work until critical risks are resolved.
How We Work
Consylion assembles each project team based on the nature of the task, the industry, and the project's geography. The financial and commercial logic stays under the control of the accountable engagement lead, while technical, sector, and regional specialists are brought in on the specific questions where their input can materially improve the quality of the decision.
One lead is accountable for coordinating the project, the quality of the analysis, and the integrity of the final conclusions.
Team composition is determined by the content of the project, the competencies required, the industry, and the region of work.
Every specialist works within agreed objectives, source data, evaluation criteria, and checkpoints.
The client receives not a set of disconnected findings, but aligned conclusions, recommendations, and a sequence of next steps.
Consylion Leadership
Consylion was founded by Farukh Majitov, who brings more than twenty years of leadership experience in energy and corporate finance.
Company leadership is involved in framing the task, assembling the project team, testing key assumptions, and preparing the final recommendations. This ensures a consistent working logic and continuous accountability — from the first discussion through to the client's decision.
International Experience
Consylion's approach is grounded in experience on major international energy projects. We understand that identical financial metrics can mean very different things depending on jurisdiction, participant structure, access to financing, and the real conditions of execution.
When assessing international projects, we take into account the commercial and contractual structure, currency and financial constraints, logistics, geopolitical factors, regulation, the allocation of responsibility among partners, and the project team's ability to deliver on the decision that has been made.
Working Principles
We frame our conclusions and recommendations so that the client understands not just the proposed decision, but its underlying rationale, critical conditions, limitations, and the practical steps for implementation.
We do not adjust the analysis to fit an expected outcome. The conclusions may confirm the client's initial position, or point to the need to pause the project until critical risks have been resolved.
Project economics, financing, commercial structure, operational constraints, the governance system, and risk are treated as interconnected elements of a single decision.
Key assumptions are linked to their data sources, the people responsible for them, and the conditions under which they remain valid. Material gaps, limitations, and areas of uncertainty are stated directly.
Recommendations take into account available resources, timelines, the allocation of responsibility, data requirements, the approval process, and the real constraints of execution.
